Our By-Laws stipulate the following:
Membership
"Any person, firm or corporation whose business is primarily the distribution of flexible packaging material made of textiles, film, papers, etc. to agricultural, industrial, and commercial users, may, upon election, become a regular member of this Association, with voting privileges."
Associate Membership
"(a) Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of catering to, serving or selling merchandise or supplies to members if this Association or its affiliates.
(b) Associate members shall be privileged to attend all meetings of the Association, serve on a committee, and hold office with full voting rights."
Dues
Dues for both regular members and associate members of the association shall be fixed from time to time by the executive committee and shall be approved or ratified by a majority vote of the members of the association. They are approximately (as of 2007):
